Dental Hygiene Visits
Our dentists recommend you and your family should have regular hygiene visits twice a year. During these check-ups at our office, your teeth will be thoroughly cleaned, X-rays may be performed, and the dentist will examine your mouth. If they notice any problems or issues in need of attention, they will likely schedule a future appointment for further examination and to discuss treatment options. These visits are also a great time to ask any questions or share any concerns you have about your dental health. Our regular check-ups eliminate surprises and aim to help our patients maintain peak oral health. -
Dental Fillings
At Bismarck Advanced Dental and Implants, we offer dental fillings made from a variety of different materials for customized treatment for every patient. We have fillings made from metals, composite material, amalgam and ceramic. Our team understands everyone is different and are in different situations, which is why we have options so you can choose the most effective and affordable solution for your cavity treatment. -
Sealants
Some dental problems are not always avoidable, but others can be easily prevented. Sealants are one of the most cost-effective solutions to preventing cavities and tooth decay besides brushing your teeth. Teeth can be odd shapes and contain ridges and grooves that are almost impossible to clean. Sealants provide a protective layer over these tough-to-reach areas in the back teeth and provide long-term cavity protection. Our office has sealants available for patients of all ages. -
Extractions/Oral Surgery
Bismarck Advanced Dental and Services offers extractions and surgical services to all our patients who need them. Sometimes extractions are the only option left when advanced tooth decay or tooth damage is present. Oral surgery is needed for many patients as well for a variety of different reasons. Our office is friendly and will treat you like family during every visit and make sure there is nothing scary or intimidating while you’re with us. -
Root Canals
Root canals can be intimidating procedures at every other dental office but ours. Our main goal is ensuring you are comfortable in our office and making sure your oral health is up to par. We want to save your natural teeth just as much as you do, and sometimes a root canal is the only option. -
Bridges
Dental bridges have many benefits for patients with minor tooth loss such as smile restoration, bite improvement, and improvement with chewing and speaking. We make each of the bridges in our in-house lab at our office for all our patients. Each bridge is made to custom fit the patient and their unique dental situation. Our dentists, Dr. Derik Hoerner and Dr. Christopher Klym, have many years experience working with dental bridges and provide excellent service to everyone they treat. -
Occlusal Guards
Life can be stressful and frustrating and cause many people to develop a condition where they clench and grind their teeth in response. Occlusal guards are mouthpieces that lay between the top and bottom jaw to protect the teeth from damage caused by the condition. At Bismarck Advanced Dental and Implants, we try to fix the problem at its source by offering occlusal guards which prevent patients from grinding their teeth by relaxing the jaw muscles.
